All residents of Cochise County, Arizona are eligible for a library card free of charge.  All non-resident borrowing privileges require a ten dollar refundable deposit.  First library I.D. card is free; replacement cards are $1.00.  Most books and audio tapes check out for three weeks; new best sellers for 2 weeks and videos for 1 week.  Overdue fines for books are $.10 per day with a two-day grace period; overdue fines for videos are $0.50 per day with no grace period. Overdue fines for ILLs are $.25 cents a day.
