2014 ONEBOOKAZ Goes Digital eBook Writing Competition

The Arizona Center for the Book at the Arizona State Library is excited to announce the 2014 ONEBOOKAZ Goes Digital eBook Writing Competition. Arizona authors are invited to submit their manuscripts electronically to

One winner from each of three categories will be featured in the statewide community read program ONEBOOKAZ. The three eBook submission categories are:

ONEBOOKAZ has traditionally fostered a sense of community through the shared experience of reading the same book, discussing themes and involving participants in the statewide events connected with the book.

Donna Throckmorton, the ONEBOOKAZ project coordinator for the Arizona State Library says, "In addition to traditional ONEBOOK programming held in April, this eBook writing competition will promote Arizonans as content creators, provide opportunities for self-expression, and promote digital literacy skills."

Submissions will be accepted electronically between November 1 and November 30th at Digital access to the three selected winners will be available for all of Arizona to read on their computer or mobile device during the ONEBOOKAZ month of April.
