The services offered at the Elfrida Library are:
- Free loan of books, audio books, videos, magazines, and newspapers for home use.
- Do it yourself ordering from the countywide online catalog (with a library card and pin number)
- Public computers with Internet access and Microsoft Office
- Spanish materials
- Interlibrary loan (if you don't find what you're looking for at the Elfrida Library, ask the librarian to request it from another library).
- Fast delivery of requested material from other libraries
- Storytimes and Summer Reading Program for children
- Computer learning games for children
- Reference service (assistance in finding information)
- Many online databases, which include the full text of thousands of popular magazines, and much more. Thanks to the Arizona State Library, Archives and Public Records.
- Photocopy machine and printer
- Library orientation tours
- Large Print books and Talking Books for the visually handicapped
- Home delivery for the homebound
